Van Data Team is a founder-led AI and data engineering studio run by Tran Tien Van in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Questions about these terms go to trantienvan@vandatateam.com.

Using the site
You may browse, read and share pages for your own business or personal use. Please do not:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the services that host it;
- send spam, malware or misleading information through our forms;
- republish large parts of the site, or present our articles, diagrams or code as your own.
Articles, case studies and other content
Articles, guides and code samples are general information, not professional advice for your situation. Check them against your own systems before you rely on them.
Case studies describe past work for specific clients. Results depend on each situation and are not a promise of the same outcome for you.
AI model benchmarks
The AI model benchmark pages bring together figures from model providers and public evaluations such as Epoch AI, Arena, LiveBench and Artificial Analysis, each shown with its source. Providers change models and prices often, so a figure can be out of date or wrong. Check the original source before you rely on it.
The downloadable dataset includes only scores whose source allows redistribution, and each source keeps its own license, which is listed in the data. If you use the data, please cite the dataset and link to the benchmark page.
Enquiries, calls and projects
Sending a form, booking a call or messaging us does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. Estimates and proposals are not binding until both sides agree in writing.
Each project is governed by its own written agreement, or by the terms of the platform it runs on, such as Upwork. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
The site design, text, diagrams, images and code belong to Van Data Team unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page.
Product names, logos and trademarks of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products.
Links and third-party services
The site links to and uses services run by others, including Calendly for bookings, Upwork, LinkedIn, GitHub and YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors or always online.
To the extent the law allows, Van Data Team is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or our services change. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.
