Tran Tien Van founded Van Data Team in Ho Chi Minh City and leads every engagement hands-on. There is no junior bench and no account manager between you and the engineer writing the code.
The work is the engineering that separates a demo from a system a business can rely on: state management, guardrails, evaluations, observability and cost controls, with a specialty in LangGraph multi-agent systems and data pipeline engineering.
